- By signing up for a workshop, you agree to pay all required fees in full.
- Workshops are for educational purposes only and do not provide professional certifications unless explicitly stated.
- We reserve the right to deny or revoke access to participants who engage in disruptive behavior.
3. Payments & Refunds
- Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Razorpay, PayU). We do not store your payment details.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
- No refunds will be issued once a workshop has started, except in cases of cancellation by us. Check the workshop page FAQ for refund policy.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
- All content, including text, images, videos, and workshop materials, is the intellectual property of Palette & Scalpel.
- You may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any materials without our explicit permission.
- Any artwork you create during our workshops remains your property. However, by participating, you grant Palette & Scalpel a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use images of your artwork for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes. If you do not wish for your work to be used, please inform us in writing at support@paletteandscalpel.com before or after the workshop.
5. Limitation of Liability and indemnity
- We provide our workshops and website on an “as-is” basis. We make no guarantees about results, accuracy, or outcomes from using our services.
- We are not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during our workshops or through the use of materials.
- We are not liable for third-party payment issues, technical failures, or unauthorized transactions.
- You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Daron Mascarenhas and Palette and Scalpel, its directors, officers, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the website or your violation of these Terms.
